Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. All vape products on VapeBuyer are age-restricted to 18+ under UK law. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.
Are your disposables TPD compliant?
All disposable vapes we sell are compliant with UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TPD), meaning they contain no more than 2ml of e-liquid and a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Standard UK delivery typically arrives in 2–4 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm.
Can I return a vape product?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids or used devices. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through our secure VivaWallet checkout. All payments are processed in GBP.
Are your e-liquids made in the UK?
We prioritise UK-manufactured e-liquids where possible. All liquids on our site are clearly labelled with their country of origin and are sold in TPD-compliant bottles.
